PICTURE 8.) I took this picture with the platen moved aside a bit...so you would know that the platen moves from its printing position. Again...best seen in my youtube vids...but the bottom line is that you can move a shirt(while it is still mounted on the platen that is)to do a flash with your electric oven. NOBODY builds or offers a press with THIS aspect but me. I did it so you would not have to go out and pay over $400 for a flash cure unit! Other equipment suppliers(not builders...as I AM)just expect you to buy THAT overpriced item from them as well. And 'why is THAT?' Because they either NOT thinking AND / OR want you to spend as much as possible to get into SP! They are not usually real screen printers NOR doing all they can to make it inexpensive for people who really want to print...to get started. Those who REALLY want to print are my MAIN interest. WHY would I want to build screen printing equipment for somebody who is not really motivated!??? YES...I DO have better things to do. I am a printer FIRST but I will keep offering and building as long as even SOME have a passion to learn and do Screen Printing. I have built many bikes...but I did not even build one for my son UNTIL he REALLY became interested. I love what I do(in a few directions)or I do not do it for myself...nor those who do not have 'the love' or at least a real interest. That is how I am. I want what I build to matter AFTER somebody gets it...as much as it does when I make it for them.
This is one of my equipment suppliers in South Korea and they provide us with UV and IR drying equipment. My company Deco Tech sells and services pad printing and screen printing equipment here in North America (decotechgroup.com). It is interesting, in America we all build single story or two story business complexes, however in Korea they all build their factories upward because of the lack of building space and general crowdedness. I kind of like their style and this building is beautiful inside and out. The Koreans have great architectural style!
